RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with original tags attached. We require a receipt or proof of purchase (This will be sent to you by email upon your order confirmation).

  • Returns must be sent back to us within 7 days upon receipt of delivery.
  • To return an item, email us at sales@adopthats.com and the reason why you are returning the item. (Please allow 24 hours for the response time) 
  • Once your return request is approved, you will be sent an email notification.
  • Customer is required to pay for the return shipping. Please consider using traceable shipping service.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Send your items to 50 Melham Court, Toronto ON CA M1B2E5.
  • NO REFUNDS FOR SALE ITEMS!

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If the item is defective or you received the wrong item, we will provide you with the replacement for free including the shipping cost.
  • If you would prefer a refund we will credit you via direct deposit depending on your payment method. However, shipping costs for the item will not be refunded.
